Your Starting Point:

The Starter Session & Installation

$200 Residential 

$300 Commercial 

This is a single appointment where we:

1. Consult & Plan: We review your art, assess your walls, and finalize the exact layout.

2. Install: We immediately begin the hands-on work. The first 2 hours of installation are included.

What’s included in:

· On-site planning & measurement
· First 2 hours of professional installation
· Use of standard tools & 6-ft ladder
· Basic picture-hanging hardware

What happens if we need more time?
We simply continue working at my straightforward rate of $100 Residential or $150 Commercial for each additional hour. 

Additional Services & Fees

Professional Hardware

. Heavy duty anchors (75 lb.capacity): $2 each 

· Specialty Hangers (150 lb. capacity): $10 each (for heavy mirrors, large canvases, etc.)

Equipment

· Extended Ladder (12-ft+): $75 fee (for high ceilings/vaulted walls)

Travel

· Within 15 miles of Austin: No charge
· 16-25 miles: $50 fee
· 26+ miles: $100 fee (or a custom quote)
